FAMILY: Ron and Michelle Braden are his parents. They both attended Hogwarts of Witchcraft and Wizardy, both being in the Gryffindor house, which is where they met. They fell in love and eventually had a baby named Alex. He's not an only child, though. He has two little siblings: Matthew and Hilary Braden.

STRENGTHS: Alex is at his best when he's accomplishing something that is worth his time and effort. He's determined and won't leave a situation unresolved or unfinished. He's great with working on teams, but only if the other players or members are as dedicated as himself, like Quidditch. Playing beater is something that he has always wanted to do, so he will. He can be relaxed and calm, which is a good quality for making friends and keeping them. He's not afraid to have a good time.

WEAKNESSES: Since he's so determined, it can irritate other students and anyone in general. His dedication can come off as annoying, but he does his best to get everyone involved. Alex can be stubborn, but pretty much everyone is. Sometimes he finds himself judging others by their appearance and their actions, which he know he shouldn't. When he plays Quidditch, he can get a little out of hand and into the game. Even worse, if they lose, he will be A-Wall for a while, moping around like a baby.

DETAILED PERSONALITY: Alex is a very nice guy. Though he has some bad qualities, so does everyone else. No one is perfect. Alex can get annoying with his dedication and determination, but he's just trying to have a good time and get things done. He enjoys Quidditch, and he has played it in his previous years at Hogwarts, but he's not sure if he still wants to be a member of the team. He wants the lower students to get a chance at the game, since he would be graduating soon, anyway.

Alex loves snow and the winter season. It reminds him of his family and spending time together with the ones that he loves. He loves his family, and his heart has room for everyone. He's not afraid to express his feelings towards others, and he can be serious when he wants to. He usually tries to avoid being serious, though, because it would always trample his good mood. So instead, he cracks jokes and tries to make others smile. You can find him laughing at his own jokes with his obnoxious laugh.

PLATFORM NINE AND THREE QUARTERS:
The summer had been a lovely vacation, but it was time to get back to school for his final year. Alex gave his mother and father quick hugs good-bye and walked with his sister and brother, Hilary and Matthew, towards the train. He was a seventh year now, and he couldn’t believe it. His years at Hogwarts had gone by in the blink of an eye, and he was going to miss the adventurous castle. He watched other students kissing and hugging their parents or guardians. Smiling, he remembered his very first time boarding the same train.

The Hogwarts Express whistled loudly, telling everyone to board the train because it would be departing soon. Alex hustled his siblings onto the train and made sure they got in compartments with their friends. He knew they were old enough to take care of themselves, but it would be his last year with them at the school and he wanted to make sure they had a good time. Once he was alone, he found an empty compartment and sat by the window, waiting for the scenery to move. The train whistled again, and he smiled to himself. He was ready for another year at Hogwarts, his final year.
