The amusing thing about Hogwarts, or the thing that Oliver found most amusing, was that it was really quite hollow. Sure, it wasn’t really as simple as climbing to the top and looking straight down the guts of the castle, but when the staircases lined up right, you could normally see down onto the next floor, at the very least, and it was something he thought that the founders really should have put more consideration into, especially considering it was quite inviting when it came to pulling a prank or two.
Today he’d decided to fill a few water balloons up with various liquids before dropping them over the edge. Cruel? Perhaps, but it was entertaining and besides, it wasn’t like he hadn’t had it done to him at some stage during his schooling. Besides, it was rather amusing to watch the students below run and squeal when something nasty splattered all over them and at the end of the day it was making others laugh, occasionally including those who were being splattered, so Oliver truly saw no harm in what he was doing.
