Rebekah wasn’t necessarily into following trends and doing what everyone else was doing, not unless it suited her, and so her reason for laying sprawled out by the lake in only her swimmers wasn’t because she wanted to tan like everyone else did. No, it was much more basic than that and it came down to little more than being healthy, funnily enough. She felt like she’d spent the last week and a half cooped up in the castle catching up on work she’d gotten behind in and therefore felt like her body was seriously lacking in vitamin d, which was why she’d made the decision to come down by the water and soak some up, hoping it would also help improve her spirits slightly, which she felt hadn’t exactly been that great the last few days.
Sprawled out on her stomach with her towel beneath her and a magazine in front of her, Rebekah was easily feeling the best she’d felt in days and as she paused her reading briefly to tie her hair up, she couldn’t stop the smile that started to spread over her face. Feeling like life couldn’t get much better, she rolled back onto her stomach to continue with her magazine.
