"What song did you have in mind?" She asked, rearranging the Bass guitar in her lap, more determined now to play.

Mic was excited to try something a little faster. He didn't want to admit it but slower songs unless very complicated he found himself actually changing around the arrangement and momentum of. He just had more fun with them that way. He knew he wouldn't have been able to do that with her trying out the bass though.
He thought for a moment. "Are you at all familiar with Aerosmith? I know they are much better known in America but I have been working on one of their songs lately called falling in love is so hard on the knees. There is an amazing guitar riff, but I've been having some trouble with the tempo and I think the bass line might be just what I need to get it right." He had to admit to himself he was trying to show off a little. The bass line of the song wasn't too difficult but the guitar part was very hard even for Mic it was fairly difficult and he wasn't fully warmed up yet.
